Is Custom Matches coming to Apex Legends Mobile?
Without a doubt - the more features a mobile game can have is the better the experience.
However for the longest while Respawn - Apex Legends have been limiting features that the communty deems that should be more widely available.
But it's not quite hard to see why Respawn would limit these features as Custom rooms & Private lobbies are good business for their Pro competitive scene.

What to expect for "Private Matches" in Apex Legends Mobile?
It was announced that Respawn will make it's Private Matches/ Custom Lobbies available to all players regardless of their platform.
This is great news, as such a popular game - Apex Legends haven't already have this feature implemented for all players to utilize.

It is clear now that the arrival of Custom lobbies will be a big addition to Apex Legends Mobile as in the beginning only approved players could participate in Private matches as part of Organised Tournaments, only if permission and administration code was given as approval by Respawn themselves.
For other Battle royales/ Multiplayer fps games - seem to be way ahead regarding in these terms as Apex falls behind for the lack of Custom Rooms and lobby customization features.
How to Access "Private Matches" in Apex Legends Mobile?

So Respawn has guidelines put in place to deter those who have ill intention for Private Matches and these guidelines can include a wide range of terms and i will list just a few here.
The current process in accessing Custom Rooms and Private Matches have restrictions and rules set in place - until the community itself have control over Private lobbies these are what Respawn expect the community to follow.
Those who wish to Host or Enter Private Lobbies should adhere to these guidelines:
I - No commercial profit
II - Tournament fees
III - No Prize Giveaways/ Pool
IV - No EA trademarks or affiliation
V - Prohibited sponsors & partners

Now that you've seen the guidelines on what to follow to gain access to Private Matches in it's current stage, it is to be noted that acquiring an access permission may not be easy and may arrive with some complications
Event Organisers and Tournament Admins should submit their request to [email protected]
All together with your request, a written proposal is required, with no grammatical errors, and professional look detailing how your event or Private lobby will run.

Even so - not everyone will get approval so leave some leeway and plan ahead of time in the case that happens
As the Community eagerly awaits for this feature to be finally implemented for now - Apex Legends Mobile players will have to go about business as usual until then.
